oce.spl allows people to host tournaments, Trusted Tournament creators get access to have their own established organisation for their tournament community.

Every organisation has a 'Tier', this is an overall ranking based off of the quality of their tournaments, the participation rate, stakes, etc. The higher the tier, the better factors.

Having a low tier organisation does not mean they don't host quality tournaments, they could just not be fitting certain criteria for a higher ranking and vise versa.

Organisation Tier Scaling

D > C > B > A > S > X

Tier D is the lowest tier, going up till Tier X being the highest.

Individual tournaments do not get a tier, the organisation as a whole gets a tier.
