How do I make a profile?
You can make a profile by clicking me and finding the "Profile Creation" button, click that and fill out the application to create a profile

I created a profile, why don't I see it yet?
Profiles can take up to 1 - 3 days to process being added, do not spam submit profile creation forms, if it is taking too long please ask for assistance in the Discord server

Where can I edit my profile?
Once a profile has been created and you want to customise it, you can click me and scroll down till you see Profile Commands, press the "Edit Profile" button and fill out the form. Same with Profile Creations, updating a profile has to take time to process so do not spam submit updating profile requests

What is a Profile Code? How do I get one?
Upon creating a profile, a Profile Code will be attached to your Discord account, the code will be sent in your DMs. The code is the key to performing actions around the site, this includes: deleting or updating your profile, registering for tournaments, uploading resources under your name, etc. Do not share your Profile Code with anyone

How can I get Tournament Access?
You can get Tournament Access by clicking me and filling out the Basic Tournament Access Form. Upon submitting a form, you will be evaluated, this process could take up to 1 - 4 days

How do I get an Organisation?
You can obtain an Organisation by either achieving the requirements and getting Trusted Tournament Access or be a well known / high quality tournament community and given an organisation without needing to have Trusted Tournament Access

How do tournaments actually run on oce.spl?
Tournaments are able to run on oce.spl with some limitations however, any live communication such as teams contacting eachother for rooms to be created, assistance, next brackets starting, etc: all need to be done in a Discord Server. Tournaments on the site feature Brackets, Results, Registration, Teams, Map Pool & The Communication Link

How do I earn Achievements?
You can earn achievements by creating or updating a profile, in some occassions, you will need proof to obtain the achievement to be displayed on your profile. You can also earn achievements through other miscellaneous things such as being a Supporter, Developer, etc.

How do I make an Achievement?
You can make an achievement by either running an event/tournament on the site or a custom user achievement exclusive to your profile if you're a Supporter. You will need to design and name the achievement yourself, as well as how to obtain the achievement. You can request to make an achievement or suggest an achievement being made in the oce.spl Discord Helpdesk. There may be some limitations when making an achievement, but you will be informed once requested and discussed.
